I accept returns for store credit only. Since sometimes I have an item shipped directly to you from my supplier I need you to email me first if you decide to send an item back. I will give you the address to send your item back to. So please do not automatically send the item back to the address on the box. If you do that I won’t be able to offer you store credit.
The norm applies. All items must be in all the original packaging including boxes, plastic, tags, packaging etc. They must be in re-sellable condition and unworn. No pet hair or smells of any kind or you will not get store credit. All sales are final on SALE items, jewelry, undergarments, bathing suits etc. If you have a question please email me.
You will pay for shipping the item to me or to my supplier, I recommend insuring the package if the carrier does not offer insurance automatically or up to a certain amount, so make sure your items are covered somehow in case the carrier loses your package. If it doesn’t make it to me or to my supplier, I can’t give you store credit, the carrier will refund you if your package is insured and they lose it. Some carriers insure packages up to $100 automatically.
Make sure to send proof of purchase in the box and the original invoice/packing slip.
Items must reach me or my supplier within 7 days of receipt so please allow travel time, make sure to send your items back in a timely manner after you receive them.
All of my suppliers are located within the USA. You will never be shipping your returned items out of the country.
I do not offer exchanges, instead I encourage you to go ahead and re-order the size that you need to make sure its still available and then send back the item that does not fit, as soon as I receive it and inspect it and its in re-sellable condition, I will offer store credit minus the original shipping cost.
